Dewaslot reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
All registration information provided to Dewaslot must be accurate, complete, and current. Users are required to provide their legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian mobile number at the time of registration. Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. The creation or operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referal to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
Dewaslot may, at any time and at its sole discretion, require a User to provide documentation for identity and age verification, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension or closure of the Account and the witholding of any withdrawal requests pending review.
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Dewaslot will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to safeguard their credentials.
Users must notify Dewaslot immediately at[email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, their Account. Dewaslot reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected.
Users must not share their Account access with any third party. Accounts are strictly non-transferable. Any attempt to sell, transfer, or assign an Account to another individual will result in permanent closure of the Account.
Dewaslot accepts the following payment methods for deposits, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited to the Account balance within seconds of successful transaction confirmation. FPX bank transfers may take up to 15 minutes to clear. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the Dewaslot Account holder. Deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties will be reversed and the Account will be subject to review. Dewaslot reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal.
Dewaslot does not charge processing fees for deposits made via supported Malaysian payment methods. Network or transaction fees imposed by the User's bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network are the sole responsibility of the User.
A User may only request a withdrawal of real-money funds that have been deposited and are not subject to an active wagering requirement. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
Dewaslot aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to completed KYC verification:
Processing times are target benchmarks and not guaranteed. Dewaslot shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically feasible. Dewaslot reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests aboveRM10,000.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Dewaslot are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of offer, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, game contribution rates, expiry windows, and maximum cashout caps. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses awarded by Dewaslot are subject to a wagering requirement between X10 and X20 the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of RM100 at X10 wagering requirement requires the User to place aggregate bets of at least RM1,000 before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
While any bonus is active in a User's Account, the maximum permitted bet per game round or sports wager is RM500, unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion's individual terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and all associated winnings being voided.
Dewaslot strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering on opposing outcomes to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements (known as "matched betting" or "arbitrage"), and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, Dewaslot reserves the right to void all bonuses and winnings, close the Account, and withold funds pending investigation.
All games and betting markets available on the Dewaslot platform are subject to the individual rules of each game or market, as displayed within the platform. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

Dewaslot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where the Platform determines that the User has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or criminal activity, or where such action is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
Users may request voluntary closure of their Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Where an Account is closed at the User's request with no outstanding wagering requirements or disputes, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days.
Dewaslot shall not be liable to any User for losses arising from the suspension or closure of an Account where such action was taken in accordance with these Terms or by reason of applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
